What we run

Different events, same approach: the right system for the room, tested in advance and operated by a technician on site.

Weddings

Digital mixing tuned to the room, wireless mics on clean frequencies and programmed lighting that photographs well. Your operator handles music playback and announcements, so the timeline holds.

Meetings and conferencing

Projection, room audio and PTZ cameras switched through a live production system. A technician runs Teams, Zoom or your livestream so presenters can focus on the room.

Live events

Powered PA systems, stage lighting and moving lights for fundraisers, concerts, community events and parties, mixed and run by an operator on site.

The technology behind the event

We choose gear for how it performs in a real room, then test the whole signal chain before load-in.

Digital mixing
Digital mixers with saved settings for each room. Your operator mixes from a tablet out on the floor, so the sound is adjusted where the audience hears it.
Wireless audio
Handheld and lapel wireless microphones, coordinated on separate frequencies so they do not interfere with each other or the venue.
Video and streaming
Remote-controlled PTZ cameras switched live for livestreams, recordings and in-room screens, with projectors, displays and an inflatable screen for outdoor events.
Lighting
LED fixtures in white and full color, plus moving lights, programmed to the room and the schedule instead of left on a single setting.
Tested before it ships
Every system gets a full soundcheck and signal check, and we bring spare mics and cables so one failed part never stops the show.

On-site time starts when we arrive and includes setup, soundcheck and teardown. Extra operator hour $75. Extra wireless mic $35. Lighting, video and livestream add-ons are quoted by event.

Travel

Included within Springfield and up to a 15-minute drive from the city limits. Beyond that, travel is $50 for a 15 to 30 minute drive and $100 for 30 to 60 minutes. Longer trips are quoted individually.

Site surveys

Want us to see the room first? A free virtual walkthrough by video call works for most venues. An in-person site survey is $75 for up to an hour on site, plus travel if it applies.
